Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Might be running too fast right now but fuck it, miss it too much. Just feels good to do it right now! So 3 miles run, roughly 20 minutes. I think it was a little under. Then 60 minutes on a stairmaster. It's incredible how far you go on those damn things. After lifted and did abs. Slowly but surely I'm getting back to some resemblance of shape. Biggest debate aside from dealings with Danielle (ha) is figuring out whether or not to shave. It's a tough decision...terribly difficult. More so because I was in a beard race and the fellow I was against just gave up...yesterday. Instead of going until November. Just musings of an old man.
