Comments:
Progressed the first two segments and then did a 1:30 on, 2:00 rest fartlek x 7 and then a 4 minute interval to finish. felt pretty good; my foot was hurting but stayed about the same throughout. Stretch, roll @ Veale. Essentials day off.
