My body isn't the biggest fan of this whole working out thing. Or maybe I go too hard for just coming back. Did 3 miles, felt it today a lot more than yesterday. A little faster but I should just realize I'm on a treadmill and calm the fuck down. Certain song comes on and just kill it...no reasoning. Ah well, it'll sort itself out. After I was only able to do 20ish minutes of stairs. Just felt dead. To make up I did some stabilizing lifts and abs. Bought a jump rope for the mornings. Gotta punish my body back into submission. Might need new shoes soon, been a while but my mileage is very unknown for most of it. See most of you this weekend.
