Ran two miles in the cardio room then to Lee and back. The sixth streetlight on MLK going up the hill went out as I passed, headed uphill. It came back on as I passed it on the way back. Felt decent, but nighttime makes your pace feel faster than it is. Checked my time halfway out at what I thought was reasonable and it was way over 8 minute pace. Picked it up a bunch but didn't push and was sub-7 on the was back. hard to gauge pace per effort at night.
4x200 when I got back, kept these pretty relaxed except for the last one. My aerobic strength is good but I'll need a bundle of speedwork before track. (34.24, 30.67, 30.74, 29.26)
