Comments:
Ran with Phil from veale after breakfast. Weather was crazy nice today. Around the 80s. Funny cause its gonna get cold later. It felt like a summer day. Real chill run up to eastside legs felt tired and I felt kinda dehydrated on the way out, but I felt better and in the grove on the way back. Legs felt good we just kept a real chill pace. Did a few striders on the field when we got back. They felt locked in. Also jumped right in the pool when we got back
Essentials: stretch, L7, roll, hips , abs
Good essentials and self care after swimming. Sounds like we are gonna have some classic upstate NY weather this weekend. Good stuff right there caNt wait.
