Comments:
Ran over to the park through dudley, 15 bermudas today. Pretty solid day. Did 3 sets of 5 where the recovery went 3 min, 2, 1 then 30 seconds with a quarter mile walk and a quarter mile jog as recovery in between sets. First set went 47 then in between 42-44, one of them I hit 41. Second and third set were mostly 43-44 but hit 39 once and a couple 41's here and there and the last interval of the day was a 48, kind of wish it was 47 but oh well. One of them I tripped at the start and still ran 45 or 46 I believe. The loop was .15. First set was 3:39, second was 3:37 as well as the third set. Felt good today, solid upper body lift afterwards.
