plyo squats
plank walk
I got thru the 16 round, but Jason thinks farther. Who knows. Did at least half of all sets box jumps, step ups for half or less. Pullups started with 2 bands for the first two rounds, then three for all. Plyo jumps no mod. Plank walk on my knees.
