Comments:
Warmed-Up two total, 1 to the top of the long hill @ fairhill where we drilled. Did not really feel the foot much until the 7th interval, given we were not going too fast, but still. After that I did feel it which made me change my stride a bit, but, it was not too bad. When I stopped and stood still...no pain at all, felt it again when cooling down on the field, but no worse than the last time I ran on Sunday. What is it?

I probably did close to 10 total. I did push-ups and dips x 20 x 3 so I did not jump on the foot.

Stretch, roll, hips, abs, swim 10 laps/10 strokes, 7 under hold, and ice bath.
