Exercise Type: Bike

After I saw the doc on northside during halftime of the soccer game, the pool closed once I had gotten to Veale which left me to the cardio room on a bike for 1:30:00 :/ As awful as it sounded, being positive, I tried to think of the advantages to this, one of which was the cardio room being pretty much empty, so I could turn up the volume on the TV to watch the browns get win #2 and then some other games as well. I took two breaks to get water, and to regain feeling in my butt due to the uncomfortable seats which probably are not made to be sat on for so long. My foot hurt a bit at times during which was frustrating, I tried to re-adjust the stirrups to fix this.
I kept the resistance around 11-13, keeping my heart rate from 140 - 155 once I got going. I took the last 10 minutes to put the resistance down and just go easy. During the main part of the bike though, I was working...to get our heart rates up that high without running is not an easy task I discovered :)
Stretch, roll, abs x 250, hips, 25 push ups. gotta stay positive.
