Ran shirtless today with Aaron. Pretty chill run feeling decent. Talked with Aaron about keeping things chill this weekend at UAA. Both of us felt like to much pressure doesn't help us so we wanted to keep things light in the lead up to the race Saturday. Pretty good run. Felt decent.
