Weather: overcast but a nice day

Comments:
Glute activation and stick work to start.

1st run back. Didn't feel too self-conscious but didn't feel fantastic or anything. In fact, I was wishing this was over as soon as I hit the Eliminator.

Nice to see all the Halloween houses lit up at dusk. I'll visit a different neighborhood tomorrow.

Did 10' of circuits at the end of this.
