Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Ankle still sore on the inside. I didnt relay to coach very well that I probs couldnt run today. SO I joined Ethan for his workout, which is good beacuse he could use a workout buddy. The first part of out workout was to warm up on the bike in the cardio room. New bike again, really hammered this section actually, it felt real strong. Other people milled in as we finished up.
