Comments:
First day running on the new track!!!!!!
Everyone else did 5x400 and 6x200. I was not ready to do the whole thing, especially since the simple action of putting on my spikes gave me a charley horse and the one thing we were not supposed to do (puke on the new track) was the one thing I felt like doing. I ran around 72, 73, 73, 75?? And maybe a couple 31's?
