Got on the Alter-G at my doc's office. Pretty cool.

Warmed-up 2 at about 65%.

The fastest it would go was 5:00/mile, so I compensated by making the tempos faster at 5:21 - 5:25. I fluctuated the percent weight from 45 - 65 based on how my foot was feeling. It was also hard to distinguish soreness from not being on it from pain in my bone.

But, the workout felt great! Went well I thought. I'll get on this twice more probably before regionals come.

Stretch, roll, gluteals, 75 push up, abs, leg hang.
