I blocked out my foot the best I could, but the worry of messing it up in the race and being done for the season definitely affected me. At least I made it through and did not do too bad for the team. Really my first off race in while so it is good to have these, rarely, to learn from them :)

Very happy with the team performance, also very proud of David.

Gotta get the foot better. All-UAA wouldn't mean anything to me anyway if we don't perform @ Anderson.

No cool down due to the difficulty in walking. Stretch, roll, ice on da bus.
