Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Practice in the afternoon. WE went out to forest hills for a fartlek type workout. Goal was to stick together the whole time and run as a pack. Got driven out to Euclid Hts then ran out with Aaron and Phil. Once we got there, did some drills and shoed up. Wore my ankle brace today, felt decent. It wasnt bothered at all today actually I felt very smooth. WE went 10 on, 2 off, 10 on 2 off, 5 1 off 5 on 1 off, then some 15 second bursts. I lead a few of them, we looped around both sides of the park. Felt smooth and I think we stuck together for a lot of it. Near the end it was getting dark and I was loosing my footing. Long practice, then we ran back. Estimating on the distance in the park.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, icebath
Good stretch after lifting. We were gonna miss Fribs for sure, so we took our time and took a good ice bath and then went to Daves Cosmic Subs. Looking forward to getting a lot of sleep and a lot of work done this weekend. Got to get my apps done soon! Made so much progress I am looking forward to finally getting them in.
