2 mile warm-up, quick stretch, and then about a minute jog before,

4 miles at 5:19 pace, 3 minutes easy, and then a 5 minute mile. felt good and relaxed, not much pain.

body weight at about 65% throughout. stretch, roll. and back to veale for last swim, ice bath.

strength, more rolling, and a leg hang at home.
