Comments:
On the Alter-G in Chardon, keeping my HR around 120 - 130, I went 8 miles at around 6:58 pace. The faster pace accounted for the 65 - 70% body weight. Foot felt good, but having Thursday off will be good for it. A bit sore.

Incline 3 - 4. Felt good..focused on having relaxed and smooth form. Worked in 4 striders at the end where I also focused on form. Jumped on the bike for 15 minutes to finish the time I need for the day.

Stretch, roll, gluteals, push-ups, leg hang.

Back to Veale for ice bath and hurdle walk-overs.
