Election hunt from Lewis'

Started around 640p from Lewis' house - LB was out of town. It was me, Lewis, Dan-O and Queen.

Ran from Lewis on the east ridge of town up Spring through super-rich neighborhoods --> sketchy wooded neighborhoods on the other side, to LCC, and around the backside of Hendrick's...

Pretty easy run, which was good. Still tired from yesterday. Felt some tightness in the L ant hip...but I think it was because of not letting my abs/pelvis go. Tuesdays are always interesting because my abs get so rocked from yoga on Monday nights - they're invariably really tight...

Hung out in the "Man Space" of Lewis' basement and watched election results on 4 TVs, including a projection screen. We didn't have to wait long: our run ended at 1945, and by 2000, with the west coast called, it was only a matter of time 'til Ohio was called and "Barry" got his 2nd term.

Hung out at Lewis' 'til the speeches, drinking Terminal Gravity Imperial IPA - good but BADLY strong - Yikes, not good...

Had a rather extended text-fest with Chill-C last night (from about 2030 to 2200). She was in her "I like Joe" mood...in other words, being more outgoing/expressive, and not inhibited by her "El Jefe Guilt". I might've texted her "under the influence" at the very end of the night - some Dave Horton-like, "I like you a lot...and I think you like me, too" ("I think you MIIIIGHT!")... :p
