Went to Darrell Reed with Coach and he worked some magic with a metatarsal pad for my shoe.

Bike for 1:15:00 doing some bike strider pick-ups at the end. Kept my HR from 125 - 130.

Roll, abs, hips, push-ups, race vish. at home.
