extra elongated eastside crossover progression run

Comments:
Ran with Phil Tony and Tim for our pre nationals progression run. Showing the youngings somewhere other than North Park. They dont get out enough... We went easy up to Washington, then picked it up after we turned around on the otherside of S Taylor. Felt good today. I havnt done much hard stuff in the past few weeks, so yea legs feel fine. It was getting dark on the way back, so I felt very cautious. FLying when we brought it back into Veale.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Just stretched when we got back. Had to cut out to go take a circuits quiz, so I ran to that then came back and finished stretching and showering. We got cake at practice today too, which was pretty legit. It takes a lot of steps, but if you do them all right, the final product is amazing :)
