Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
On-off 200s for eight laps at A.U. with a pre-tempo run, and eight striders. I did adequately. After the first 3200, I felt that I had grossly overestimated the whole thing, and was not tired, but with the additional mile I was finally content. Despite a bit of a lapse over the long weekend, I snapped back into focus for regionals today.
