Find out officially while I was on the bike. Not really where I want to be when I hear this news, as I want to run and perform at the level I am able to, but I'm pumped we're gong. Everything we talked about, and the hard work we put in: paying off. It hasn't really sunk in yet I guess. Just some personal frustration going on.

Biked 1:20:00, 1:10:00 with HR from 130 - 140
