Premeet course review: 1DAAT

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We actually got to sleep intoday. Kinda crappy breakfast, but but we got to digest it. Packed up everything we needed for the day then headed to the course for our course preview. We did the usual run the course and striders from the start and the finish. WE hit up that merchandise tent first to get a look at the goods... so much stuff! Legit. Saw Andris and Coach Erin right before we hit the warm up. Felt great today beautiful weather hope we get it tomorrow too. We were all pretty chill the whole warm up. Got a good box so everyone now knows whats up and what we got to do tomorrow.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7

We spent a lot of time stretching afterward lol. We wanted to get pictures on the NCAA logo. Classic stuff, you just got to do it.

The banquet was really nice. Great to be mixed in with all these amazing athletes. I truly felt like we belonged there. Not like I did in the first UAA meet, were I was scared of everyone. As I team, we were supposed to be there. We put in the work, the commitment, and passion. THats some special shit dude... We are here now. Not only that, we looked pretty damn good too. My shirt was really small and my pants were really big, but my tie was just right...

I want to write more on the ride home tomorrow, but for now... This is my last season of cross. Its been a long journey and a big part of my life. My road ends here, but I want to do all I can to let it continue on for someone else, so that they can get everything out of running that I have. Lets do this...
