Comments:
Saturday AU track workout. During the warmup I almost said, "You know I never get to see you guys on Saturdays!" Not one of my more profound thoughts. We jogged a mile, did drills, jogged another mile while Anthony and Nomi were running and then began the workout. We had three laps between the mile and the 300s and because I also had to leave early I jogged for 10 minutes when I got home. Did I mention I got a five-second mile PR and it felt like the middle of a tempo run? The splits were around 73, 80, 84, 76. I believe I broke 50 in the 300 for the first, second, third, fourth and fifth times. Considering how often Anthony has us run a 300m, it's rather surprising that it took me until now to run the interval well. Still significantly behind though.
