Exercise Type: Weights

Comments:
Sit ups 10X 15, torso bends 4X15, leg and ball on the wall, side bends, 2 X 15, Lat pull doen 6 X 15, hamstrings 5X 15 alternating legs low weights, hamstring sitting 4 X 15, quad machine no brace 3 X 15. No discomfort - trotted to trailer with no brace. Small groin pull. - side lifts - was not centered on the padding. Ok by end of day.
