Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Lifted twice today: started with upper body, then did lower body after my test. Then I went for a short "run"
Started off very relaxed, jogged Perisa's cooldown with him around the track. Went up to the treadmill and did a mile and a half of progressively faster running. Headed down to the track and did 2 2's and a 4, keeping relaxed. Quick cooldown and headed out.
