Weather: mild, clear
Comments:
two laps of long loop, one of short loop. Legs felt like lead into last lap. feel okay afterwards. Socks super wet, leading to blisters, will need better ones for long runs. Shoes almost dead. Need new ones. 10K race this sunday.
