Exercise Type: Run

Weather: light rain, near-dark, a bit of wind

Comments:
Decided on a short speed session, even though we just did a long run. It was me, LB and Tommy. Met at SEHS at 4 for 6x300 with 100m walk rest.

After 2mi warm-up, we went after it. We decided that LB and Tommy would get a head start, and I'd try to reel them in. I did a "count of five", then went. The idea was to run mid-50s? Turned out a bit faster...

(3.8), 48.8!

Felt GOOD! I did feel some "weakness" in the R side, suggesting that I might've "over run my mechanics", but man, it felt good and sustainable to run that fast!
