Comments:
Rainy-ish tempo. Tired from traveling and a long night/early AM, but went for it.
Ran around 5:5x for 3 miles, very sustainable. Focused on the drive and "rotation R".
GOOD PT session, affirming a lot of what I thought was going on: crappy trunk stabilization on my R stance (de-rotating to the left), cuasing my back pain...
