Long-ish hunt

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Chilly hunt with a sixer: me, LB, Lewis, Dan-O, Tommy and Cliff. Tommy led, hilly roads up to Blanton, then through Ridgeline to some quirkly back road, down to Amazon, through some back neighborhoods to Fox Hollow and back to LB's.

Felt MEH. Some gut rot, some L lateral foot soreness (shoes a 1/4 size too small).

Back got sore in the afternoon at work, then so-so after the run. :\

Anxiety level was down in the PM, til I found out Britt's fucking engaged. It's not jealousy or loss; it's fear. I worry about her. I hope it's truly a good thing...
