Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a warm up 3k followed by 3 sets of 4X400.
Rest was 80 seconds. 200m walk after sets.

First 4 were at 72, next 4 at 70, final 4 at 68.
Not very hard, but my hip is still pretty sore. Also left calf is way tender at the base of knee.

I need some new shoes. Kinvara's aren't doing it for me anymore.
