The Shell to The Serf to Lake Mendota out to Shorewood Hills at Edgewood and back straight to the Shell-

I mapped out this loop to try and run 10 miles without going too far in one direction because it was really windy. My stomach was bothering me for quite a while and I was really cold, but it was enjoyable overall. This was my first double-digit length run in Madison since August. I'm hoping to get my mileage up a bit now that I'm finally getting healthy enough.
