5:50AM. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Clouds again kept the temperature warmer, probably could have done with the gloves.

8 * 200m hills w/ downhill recovery, splits: 1:51(44), 1:53(43), 1:50(45), 1:51(44), 1:53(43), 1:54(43), 1:54(44), 1:50(46), not happy with the last interval, got distracted by thoughts of work, rest of the workout was ok.
