Got real amped up from data anaylsis today, so I had a lot of energy before biking. No music just watched SportsCenter. Went by very quickly which was great.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch afterward also. I am ready to get back to running. Start on an off next week, then training starts during finals week.
