St James: Start it up

Woke up real late, but it was a nice day to stay inside. I got a lot of work to do, so was just crunching away at it all day. Its gonna be nice when the semester is over. Its also been two full weeks since Nats, so I went for a run. Solo in the overcast, kinda cold out. Just went St James to Scarborough, then across coventry and back down St James. Felt really out of it, and odd in the beginning. Quads were tight and heavy too. As usual, worked into it on the way, and felt very comfortable by the end. I feel a lot better after running. Ankle was tight and so was back, the relics of old. Once I get through this week and through finals, I can really start thinking about my training and what I want to accomplish next season. Its good to have running back now, because it is going to help carry me through the end of the semester.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Standard stretch while watching CKells finish up Assassins Creed. Then I did L7, bumping it up to 3 mins now, then 4 mins once indoor starts, then 5 mins in outdoor. Legs feel good. Lets start this back up.
