Really warm weather today. Surprisingly warm... It felt so good to get back to Veale, back to practice, back the everything. Met up at 4 with a ton of people and we all headed out onto NP. Watched my footing the whole time, but felt good while running no issues. Good to run with people, it kept me on pace. Didnt feel tired today, compared to how hard a 5 mile run was at the beginning of the summer when XC training started up. Good sign. Got dark by the end, but I was illuminated so it was all good.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll, ankle drills, abs
Classic essentials by the equipment room. It was really busy at Veale people all over the place. Tough to run practice with all the randos on the courts. We will get our time... L7 bumped up to 3 min, felt great. Legs probs gonna feel sore next few days. IT felt kinda tight but ankle and back were good. Might swim a little tomorrow, gonna be busy... Loved today though soo good to be back :) Just getting into it this week before meeting with coach and really locking down on training.
