Quick swim

Comments:
Studied for the morning then got in a quick swim when the pool opened. The swim was legit its been a while since I was in the pool. Felt real strong but out of shape at he same time. Very odd... Still went 15 without stopping and held three strokes pretty much the whole time. Didn't need to get much in today so this was nice.

Essentials: stretch, L7

Quick essentials in the locker room. Gotta figure out training schedule for next semester, but that will come after meeting with coach
