Race with Tommy C. Ran at tempo pace, eased up a little in the middle and didn't feel quite as good as i thought i would (thinking the bike + 5 mile run on Sunday was the reason), but felt smooth and legs felt good during run. Did not push to avoid injury and go easy on hammy...so far hamstring is tender but not a lot of pain. Going to watch closely this week.
