Nice run out to the shoe tree with Phil Brent Chippy and Chris. Weather was kinda chilly but overall nice with the right clothes on. Felt pretty good, we kept a good pace and it felt easy.
Got back and did steeple tutorial. Lots of guys showed up, but Coach was still in a meeting so we got things started. Really tried to emphasize getting flexibility and not worrying about technique at all, just doing the first drills right from the start. A lot of people caught on pretty well, it helps being tall. Still so early, see how it all pans out. I felt good today too. This is helping me get back into it at a very positive and constructive pace.

Good stretch after getting pretty sore from steeple stuff. Not used to getting in that much flexibility at once. Gonna be sore the next few days as well... Anyways it felt great to get back into it today. Kinda upset that the lockers got locked, but we all went down in our towels and showered in the regular locker room.
