Comments:
Ran with Phil in the morning. Felt pretty good for the most part. We were supposed to be getting hills in so we nt up into the ghetto part of shaker and MLK. I honestly was feeling it, but it went by pretty quickly. Still pretty sore from yesterday though. The weather was beautiful though nice and crisp and getting cool.
Essentials: stretch roll L7 buddies
Really tried to stretch out well and for the most part it was good. Buddies were tough and both of our IT bands were tight. It's gonna take a while to get back into this
