Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Phil and Brandon (and Corey and Brent for the first part). We played some wall ball before hand, which was actually pretty fun but tiring at the same time. Classes was over, I got started on my paper, and I felt like chillling out a little. The run part was good though felt tired at points, up the hills. We were cruzing on some parts and then slowed down a lot I think.
Got back and did HM with Gilad and Chris. Same as yeasterday but brought in the walking over 4 hurdles. Still felt pretty flexible overall which is great.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7
Hips sore today. Might just jog a little tomorrow, still dont have any mileage goals at the moment. Honestly feeling burnt out from the end of school... Still excited for getting back into running and the swing of things. This is still a transition period.
