Comments:
Went down early to the Early Bird Pent With chris. They were all getting fired up for the mile showdown, but I was just going to help out and to get some miles in. Warmed up with Joe on the indoor track for 10 minutes, then decided to go outside since the air was feeling stuffy. Just did a little lap around campus and out to Wade Lagoon. Felt real good and real smooth. Like a competitive runner.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7
Got back and stretched while people were getting ready to race. It was a lot of fun watching everyone. It helped get me jacked up and get ready for track. Very very exciting.
