1.5 mile warm up.
3 x Mile with 2 min jog recovery.

Only had time for a half mile cool down due to a birthday party
Workout went pretty well. Struggled on the 2nd one. I need to make an appoitment to see an allergist about my breathing issues.
I decided to run another 5 miles in the evening to get in a few more miles for the day.
