First workout

Comments:
Winter training calls for 4x400 (60-62) w/3min two times a week so today was my first one of those workouts.

Solo the whole time. Warmed up around the track, drilled, did 2 strides then hit the intervals.

Definitely a shock its been a long time since I ran that fast. Hopefully it will get easier as this was pretty tough today. Hit the first one a little fast because I got out pretty hard, but was pretty consistent on the last three. Felt like I recovered well I'm just not used to running that fast. I was even splitting them though which was good. Could run a bit slower to be closer to 62 which is around pace but its okay for the first workout.
Splits: 60.99, 61.66, 61.74, 61.68 jogged into all of them.
Essentials: Ankle flexibility, static 2, L7x3, roll, #coreoclock, hipsx14, pullups and dips, morning and evening circuit
