Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran after my processing final and lunch since I was starving when I finished the exam.
The run was with David and Aaron, then me and David did steeple. I think I forgot to stop my watch at some point during the run but it was still probably outside my training pace window. I gotta work on getting down into that.
Steeple: Flexibility + 5x walking drills lead and trail and 3x runovers (down 1 notch)
Essentials: Static 3, L7x3, roll, #coreo'clock,hips, pullups and dips, morning and evening circuit
