Forest Hills

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Marathon Grading session today. Worked all morning, took a lunch break, then went a few more hours till Paul and I really wanted to run. Met up with Brandon at Veale and went up to Forest Hills. It wasnt too cold out but I had pants on to be warm. Lots of pavement today made my legs kinda sore, and we went out quick, came back slow. Talked about Concealed Carry the whole way out basically... Still felt ok coming back because we slowed. So nice to get out in the fresh air we needed it.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, hips, abs

Watched the freshmen finish up HM as I stretched. Stretching was good. Had to roll out to get back to grading though... Gonna take tomorrow as it goes its a reading day, probably do the 400s tomorrow. Might wear my ankle brace tomorrow too since its feeling a little tender.
