TODAY: I did a diagonal taping on the BACKSIDE, from the L shoulder/chest, diag to the R hip. The idea: to correct the slumped, L shifted, R rotated trunk and do the opposite: extend, shift R, rotate L.
Worked AWESOME at work - as it's shocking how off my trunk alignment is, just standing/walking. Even better on the run. If I was well-aligned, the K-tape would slacken.
This is going to be even better than the pole-running, I think...
