Comments:
Ran a bit longer at lunch with Jeff.
Did some K-taping in an x-shape in my low back. ALSO tried wearing a soft back brace at work, as it seems that working is what f's up my back the most.
The brace was OK, so was the tape. I ran as if the pole was in my hand, keeping things to the R. Felt fine.
