Odd day. Felt tired, campus was kinda lonely, and I didnt really have an agenda to follow... I kinda dont like this part of the year when things are winding down, gets me down... Anyways ran with David and Paul after going to circuits for a little bit. It was getting dark out. Good thing I had on my brace, since my ankle was a little sore from tweaking it on the walk home yesterday. Went at a sporatic pace, but felt ok for most of the run got into the rhythm.

When we got back, did 2 400s on the indoor track. Aiming to go around 70, sub 70. Coach thinks it will slowly build up my speed since I dont get speed very quickly, and will help with the workouts as they come. I agree. This felt hard I was working, felt awkward to go that fast. Shoes nice though. Split

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, ankle stretch out.

Good stretch, took a long time though. Tired at the end of the day, ready to finish this semester off, move on to the next step, but I sure will miss this semester.
